Till has a commercial background in sustainability as CEO and co-founder of Arosa Capital Management, focused on alternative energy investments and related sectors. A race car driver himself, Till combined his two passions when he restarted Lola in 2022.

Mishern’s career has spanned more than 20 countries, with roles including finance strategy at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team and special projects within the CFO and CEO Offices at Liberty Global including its investment in Formula E. Mishern also holds an MBA a from the University of Oxford and a select portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles.

A founding Team Principal in Formula E, Mark led his team to 3x Driver’s & 2x Team’s Championships with DS Techeetah. Mark is a Veteran of Formula 1, from Arrows, to McLaren, to Super Aguri, a team he created with Honda in just 100 days. He is also an automotive industry advisor to Oxford University.​ 

Peter brings more than 30 years of top-tier motorsport expertise as leader of the engineering and design team across all Lola projects. Peter has secured two Formula E Drivers’ and two Constructors’ Championships with Mercedes, and held senior positions in Alpine, Super Aguri and McLaren Formula 1 teams. 

Keith has over 25 years of Commercial Marketing experience in sports, most recently with 3 Formula E Teams, including the 3x Driver’s & 2x Team’s Championship winners, DS Techeetah. A veteran of 5 Formula 1 Teams, including BAR Honda and Jaguar, Keith also spent 5 years in the NHL. 

Twenty years experience in automotive, performance car and motorsport (involvement in 12 programmes). Recognised inventor on several patents. Ex - Chief Innovation Officer at Viritech, best known for the Apricale.

Joao is an experienced aeronautical engineer, with a PhD in Aerodynamics and a 17-year career in motorsports, encompassing six years in Formula E and involvement across diverse single-seater categories, including Formula 1. With expertise in race and performance engineering, he transitioned to leading full vehicle development projects. 

David brings extensive motorsport experience to Lola, having been integral to teams across Formula one, Formula E, DTM and GT Racing. With a background in manufacturing and a black belt in lean process development, he has contributed to victories in driver’s and team’s championships in all categories he has worked in.

Johnny is an acclaimed British racing driver and television pundit. He brings with him a wealth of motorsport experience, both on and off track, having raced and won in both Formula 1 and the Le Mans 24 Hours over a long and successful career. Johnny has been a regular contributor to Sky Sports F1 for the last ten years.
