We have a fabulous opportunity for experienced Formula E Mechanics to join the growing, dedicated and talented Lola team as we embark on the exciting Gen 4.0 era of Formula E. As a Formula E Mechanic, you will support the preparation, build, inspection, servicing and repair of the Lola Formula E race cars for test and race events, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to the highest professional standard. Working under the direction of the Chief Mechanic and alongside engineers, performance specialists and trackside personnel, you will play a key role in the assembly, maintenance and operation of the race cars, contributing to reliability, performance and continuous improvement while helping to deliver safe, legal and competitive car operation in a fast-paced motorsport environment.
What you will be doing:
Carry out the mechanical preparation, build, inspection, servicing, repair, and presentation of the Lola Formula E car(s) for race and test events under the direction of the Chief Mechanic.

Role, Location & Hours:
The role will be based at the Silverstone, Lola Facility, with regular travel required for Formula E race and test events. The successful applicant must be adaptable and flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event attendance, vehicle preparation, and testing. A normal working week is 40 hours, 8 hours a day Monday to Friday, with additional race and test event commitments as required.
